Eye See You frames are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as hinge failure, coating defects, or structural faults that occur under normal use.

Accidental damage, scratches from everyday wear, lost frames, and damage caused by improper care are not covered. Our team can advise on repairs or replacement options where applicable.

Prescription lenses include a 6-month warranty against coating defects and manufacturing faults, such as peeling anti-reflective coatings or incorrect prescription execution confirmed by our optician.

Normal wear, prescription changes, and damage from heat or chemical exposure are excluded. If your vision needs change. We can help you order updated lenses at standard pricing.

Free adjustments are included for the life of your purchase when you visit any Eye See You store. Temple bends, nose pad replacements, and alignment checks are part of our service.

If a frame does not fit comfortably after adjustment, speak with our team within 14 days of purchase. We will help you find a better-fitting alternative where stock allows.

Bring your glasses and proof of purchase to any Eye See You store. Our team will inspect the item and confirm whether the issue falls under warranty.

Approved claims may be repaired in store, replaced with an equivalent product, or resolved at our discretion. Processing times vary depending on the frame or lens supplier.
