These terms apply when you shop with Eye See You online or in store. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the conditions below.

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

An order is accepted once payment is processed or our team confirms your in-store purchase. Custom prescription orders require accurate prescription details, you are responsible for the information you provide.

Free eye tests are subject to availability and clinical suitability. Results are provided for eyewear dispensing and do not replace a full medical eye examination where one is needed.

Prescriptions supplied by third parties must be valid, legible, and within the timeframe our optician considers appropriate for dispensing.

Non-prescription frames and accessories may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, subject to store policy at the time of purchase.

Prescription lenses and customised orders are generally non-refundable once production has started. Our team will explain your options before any custom work begins.

Eye See You is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indonesian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
